Envelop your tinnitus incorporating sleuth ears to monitor the musical journey of what Blabylon beholds. Tender mechanisms rely in the otoacoustic emissions. The inner ear contains minute hairs which vibrate in response to sound waves and cells which convert neural signals back into acoustical vibrations. The sensing cells are connected with the vibratory cells through a neural feedback loop, whose gain is regulated by the brain. Everything you do makes a difference.
In this audio story we present a very small magnification of certain aspects in the modern world and it’s societies. You can shake your butt and think at the same time to the loose topic and yurt tales of coastal majestic, partial astral projection into the ocean, or chow a heath bar crunch mega shake at Ben and Jerry’s. It’s all your choice and you are what you hear here, or how you hear it, I should say, and that’s not fundamental. A collection of beats made since whats cookin came out. People were asking for MANIMAL beats that they could rhyme on for their albums: I told them to record and re-edit as they see fit because sound sure aint sacred. I haven't been satisfied with the quality of my vocal recording in the past so I chose to bypass vocals almost completely. Another reason I made this album is because 9 times out of 10 I prefer an instrumental to a vocal recording. Anywhoo, I hope you enjoy.

Water’ just kind of happened, I felt inspired by someone in my life, and this mix came out of what I was feeling one evening. Sincere songs full of soul, about LOVE and ADVENTURE, two things deep in my bones. This mix was a new avenue for me to take while creating it, too. Similar, but different, than ‘Up-Down’, I found myself feeling more open to the other sorts of music that I like, but it’s not strictly Funk or Hip-Hop, which is more my typical DJ style. So enjoy, and I hope ya feel it, as much as I do.

So what I am presenting here is a collection of music that, for me, expresses a lot of feelings since I moved from Detroit to Portland. I wanted it to be an eclectic mix, not just one genre of music, Funk, Hip-Hop, Soul, Reggae, Electronic, Jazz, Rock-N-Roll, all of these are in my day to day life and impact my reality. All of the songs represent some moment I’ve experienced with all of these beautiful folks I’ve met here while in P-Town. It may not be the most fluid mix, but the vibe is way cool, and the music speaks for itself.
